“Idle Speed Hang-up”, a common problem on the Rover SD1 Vitesse and VDP Efi. It is even worse on the Twin Throttle Plenum system which this article addresses.

However, much of it can be applied to the Single Plenum and used as a companion to my Rover SD1 Efi System, Testing and Adjustment Program .
