It is very deep regret that I have to announce that I'm thinking of selling my automatic Vitesse, in Monza Red. I've just been promoted at work & have also had to move depots, so this means I will have to have a car to drive to work in every day, & unfortunately the Vitesse is a bit too thirsty for me to use every day!
The car is basically complete, & does run rather well, even though it currently does not have an MOT, but it is pretty much ready for one!
I've spent the last 18 months working on this car, giving it a much needed light restoration, lots of welding has been done, so there is now a minimal amount of surface rust in only a couple of places.
I have loads & loads of reciepts for this car, for parts I have bought over the last 18 months, and I also have a fair amount of spare parts for it too, including a spare plenum/inlet manifold assembly in excellent condition and a set of new front track control arms
Work done includes four rust free doors, welding both front wings, parts of the rear wheelarches and part of the rear floorpan, poly bushes on the antiroll bar and rear trailing arms, new rear trailing arms, new fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, respraying the drivers side front & rear wings, a new electric aerial and several other jobs.
There are 5 decent tyres on the car, although the wheels could do with shotblasting & respraying.
There is also a set of genuine Rover shagpile footmats.
all of the electrics work well, apart from the sunroof(which could either be a fuse or the motor), and the heator blower(which I have no idea why it doesn't work!)

I am looking for around £2000 for this car, I need to get some of the money back that I have spent on her over the last 18 months!
I would possibly consider a swap for a decent 2000 0r 2300......
