Hi, you may get some more interest if you posted a couple of pics, give people an idea of what it looks like, it sounds very nice, and there is a lot of Series 1 interest at the moment.

Incidentally, if you consider selling it on a classic car site or e-bay, list it as an "SD1" and not an "SDi" as the SDi monika is incorrect due to the car being marketed as an SDI, using "I" as the roman numeral for 1, but people mistakenly took it as an "i"

Yeah, also most if not all SD1 owners absolutely hate it when people refer to the car as an SDi......
I've lost count of the amount of times I've talked to somebody at the petrol station or in the street that remembers the police having one or they had one, & I just want to throttle them when they mention SDi....

well you thought the dopy boffins at bmc would have made it planer for us more common folk to distingish a 1or an i wonder if gt1 golf oweners feelthe same well its only an old rover sd something we do live in the hills here and avent got gas either lol

well i have a few cars to mention amc javelin orignal test car from autocar and motor mag circ 1967 a mustang gt 87 a split screen van mint 67 a load of diff bikes a f2 sidecar outfit which we race so am a bit of a petrol head lol ohh and an old sdi or 1 is it they made the same mistake in spain with the national road numbers to n11 or is it 2 lol maybe
