Interesting looking car....its been up for sale on ebay recently.Its not a factory/Gartrac item though,it was made by Duncan Jaffery some time around '91-'93.He shortened it by 20 inches to give it the same wheelbase as a rally Escort.It used to be white over blue rally colours back in the day as well,quite a nice looking car back then.

hi just back from another work trip
he shortened it after destroying it in one of his first rallys.Rolled head over heels a few times Sd1 Golden wonder colours + came with a bl team v8 transit when he bought it.A bloke from newtonmore 'dave'bought it from him + another 3 or so cars that were made at the same time were reportedly near destroyed or so i thought?Duncan had a fast landie he rallied before that showing my age now.
I could be wrong but i think someone on this forum was involved in the building/racing of these cars but memory goes with age + beer.
