THE ROVER SD1 FORUM

As of next year (when the weather gets better!) I will be aranging a monthly meeting for all SD1 club members, non members/enthusiasts etc, EVERYONE is welcome but its predominantly for people from South Derbyshire/East Staffs/ Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire areas.

Any suggestions, offers of help and attendenees please get in touch as I am a novice!, in the mean time I will be scouting round for a central location (probably a pub) that is suitable and easily accesbale from local motorways, again any suggestions are welcomed.

If any forum users fit into the above mentioned catchment areas please speak up!

Great Chris, at the moment we are thinking of the flagstaff area literally on the M42 island itself at Ashby De La Zouch which is dead easy for everyone to get too and central for most areas, which has nice pub, nice big carpark and a McDonalds Very Happy

And easily reachable from the M42/M1 and the A50.

Anyone else? Savage, your only in nottingham arent you mate?

(You dont have to own a SD1 to come!)

As soon as my Vitesse is roadworthy I will come, as it is my only car(I'm not flush with cash & can't afford two cars yet!!)....

First meeting takes place on wednesday the 12th of march, at the flagstaff arms off the M42 in Ashby de la zouch!

Well it's not a case of me coming in a non SD1, the Vitesse is my only car! so I'm having to rely on public transport.....
