I would consider a swap for LHD European spec lamps; if this doesn't work; I believe the US pattern lights can still be found on shelves and private collections of Rover bits

Drop me a PM with your email I'll see what I can do; I understand a gentleman in Texas has a couple of sets in his shop. However giving shipping costs over the Atlantic it may be easier/cheaper for you to try Rimmer Bros first
