when i log on to this site the index page will not load up fully nor can i select from what does show, help, hillbilly if i dont log on its fine no probs

This is becoming a common thing on here. Most people are going on about it being your computer cookies. The whols php system was down last night, maybe that has something to do with it as well. Any experts who can help please pm me.
