I'm looking to furnish my car with as many period accessories I can from 1983.

You know the sort of thing....

Bead cushions
Those rubber straps that hung from the back preventing ZstaticZ
Those rubber fingers that look like someone's hand is stuck in the door and/or boot
Baby on board sticker
Dash mounted battery operated fan thingy
One of those sickly smelling "orange" air fresheners

All 80's bad taste stuff, you know the sort of thing....

but I'd really like to re-acquaint my car with the correct stereo it was fitted with when new, at the time presumably a top of the range radio cassette player (It was the top-of-the-range Vanden Plas you know x)

Of course car boot sales are the best place to look, but does anyone know which make was used on the 1983 VDPs?

I had the rubber fingers on the boot of my old 1970 Mini Clubman, very tasteful accesory!!
