don't be sorry mate they're a fantastic car. i miss my series one v8, so when i sell my sd1 in a couple of weeks i will be also looking for a p6. under a grand, anything considered except single carb automatic. preferably within 100 miles of cambridge.
by the way it's only temporary, i'll be getting another sd1 in the spring!

Know where there is a series one V8 auto, blue, will need some work, but looks tidy, good "winter project"

Not expensive but up north

I had one, great car if a little old to drive compared to the SD1, dont even consider one with power steering if its a V8 as they are undriveable at slow speed (I had one), 5 speed SD1 box is a easy swop. Dont pay much extra for a S as its a standrad car with a manual box and nice wheeltrims which are a straight swop from the standard car.

Also a 2200TC manual is about as quick as V8 auto and much better on fuel, and alot cheper!
