Yes well my current ones are very good. I just went and took not so good set from warehouse for tinting and asked if they could be dismantled so I could refurb them.. but seems its impossible.

Nope... its not impossible I tried it with one of these crappy taillights i got which were full of some wierd turd. The glue had hardened a lot and it had become quite brittle from some parts so I was "bending" the taillight until i heard some of the gluings snapping. After that it was just quite simple "opening" with a flathead screwdriver. You just have to be very careful when using a screwdriver because the taillight plastic is really fragile when bended. Best way is to start opening from the top-side where the plastic is a crackload thicker and if it feels like its not opening.. then its not and dont force otherwise it will crack DO NOT BLAME ME IF YOU FOOK A SET OF TAILLIGHTS IF YOU TRY MY METHOD!

I then decided to do some "restoration" with chrome spray.

The upper light is the one with "brightened" insides and the other one is one without any silver left. You really cant see any difference in pics... and in real too theres absolutely NO difference you can see except that the white part appears properly white and bright and not yellow/brownish. Not really worth the hassle.

Found out why my taillight gluings had gotten all so weak. The soap contained lots of citric acid and it was really strong. So I left one crappy test taillight in a mix of that soap and water for a week. Now this taillights gluings have correded weak too.
