Looking at the website he closed the business down, and now sells cars on comission only, so no doubt the V8-S has been sqaushed.

I used him once. I took the 2300 for its MoT and found that the funny noise on full lock was happening because both front springs had snapped!

Anyway, he says he can do them for a tenner, so I order. A day or so later the garage phone and the springs have arrived but they don't fit - they are for a 200!

Many annoyed phone calls later and I get through to Terry Brown, and he promises to send 2300 springs. Which he did. Brand new ones, for a tenner. Result!

Wouldn't use them again though. A company only gets one chance.

I was under the impression that the FRC was an ok place. Sounds like your average scrap yard pikey scumbags if you ask me!! Don't think anybody who has been to the scrappy for bits hasn't pinched something though Wink

Sounds samekind of guy as that George Mackmillan or w/e hes name was... from RSM. That asscrack who scammed people out of money and cars. Those people deserve to be put ehm... away mafia style. First smash the shit outta him... then put his feet into bucket and pour it full of fast drying concrete... and off that human ballast goes into the ocean!
