for example from another brand. _________________ Even the french like the SD1!! I own a 86 2600 VDP. |

Rover SD1 club had new hatch ones made, and I think Rimmer's sell new ones too. |

I just ordered them at Rimmers. It is good to place arders at the few who still care about our cars. Just to make them continue...
It is a fairly expensive part.. _________________ Even the french like the SD1!! I own a 86 2600 VDP. |

Rimmers Indian ones couldn't hold up the tailgate, apparently, so they had to scrap them. They have had new ones made, which are perfect. They even have ARG symbol on them!
Worth £40 pair, just to save looking an idiot at Tesco's.

Haha, you've reminded me of my old Vitesse with that super heavy rubber spoiler on it, holding the tailgate up with my head whilst lowering my shopping onto the wet boot carpet _________________ Lifelong SD1 fan - 1983 Rover 3500 Vanden Plas |

You got it!
And a very unimpressed missus wondering why our family car is so rough...
Add in a parcel shelf that falls into the boot, and has no straps, so needs holding up too, it gets a bit messy.
I'm sure the spoiler is heavier than the tailgate.
22 years of oil haze seeping into the rubber weighing it down...
It's all part of the legendary character!
Cheers
