Yes a white very tidy looking Vitesse, turning right from Milton Road into Velder Avenue Portsmouth.

I was in an ambulance, so any headlamp flashing would have caused the traffic to part....

PS - A white Vitesse, thought they only came in red, silver, black and blue, could this be an ex-police car?

This was at the 2nd spares day last year - Vitesse decals down the
side? I spoke to the owner who said the car was a 'special' in white
(not ex-Police) done by Rover for the original dealer (it's not a respray).
I think there was only one other non-Police Vitesse in white - there
was an 'E' plate Police SD1 in white which was for sale/sold quite recently.

Yes sounds like the one, because again I thought the Vitesse side decals were only used on the earliest cars, whereas this looked to be a late one.

It's a 1986 twin-throttle plenum car. The DVLA data on the club website
(which is a few years old) lists 5 white Vitesses including SORN cars.

Yep, that was the one I saw, presumably it must reside in the Portsmouth area then....
