The splitties are in the garage..and that pic is about 2 years old..
I`ve still to start a picture session with them on...which I`m looking forward too..I`ll try to hurry them up... |

I`m Going to view a S2 moonraker blue V8 Vanden plas this weekend ...I`ve goosbumps already...I`ve a feeling it`s a good `un...
It`s up north just a few weeks having been sourced in England and drives good ...needs a small weld on one sill near the back but we`ll see...Wish me luck...That will be 2 V8`s and 2 2600`s in the garage....Perhaps I`ll need to change it for a barn ...lol..
The money was going on my brothers diesel Vectra to get it T & T but it`s just not his kind of car and he will sell it if we get it the V8...
I`ll need to get the split rims on for a pic session this weekend before the weather turns shitty....and the Baby is due next week...I`ve a busy week ahead but it`s all good... |

Well I`m a happy chappie....Most cars I view I usually buy...and the B reg 3500 vanden plas I got today was no exception...although it wasn`t moonstone blue..it was zircon blue..the same as my 2600S...Body is great and the engine is sweet as they come...80K...Twin KN`s with stomberg(?) carbs...(pre injection)..I managed to convince him to throw in the 4 vitesse wheels in the corner too...new exhaust and front spoiler... I`m going for a tinker with it over the weekend ..give it a good valet and generally have a good proper nosey round about it...No headlining though .. the sunroof slipped off the rail at one side and the previous owner had to remove it to get in there to sort it though he stated it was starting to sag anyway...sold the Vectra too so not a bad haul for £190...
Looks identical to this on ebay..
