Hi,

I have recently bought a Series 2 Land Rover and it has a sd1 3500 V8 in it. The radiator looks like a standard one for the original 2.25 petrol(i.e not up to the job). This being an Auto radiator does that mean I can not use it on my manual?

Many Thanks. Rich Very Happy

Hi,
Being for an Auto just means that it has the integral transmission oil cooler tanks. At a guess, you could use it on a manual by just plugging the four oil cooler pipe connections (seen in the photo with the small bore pipe).
It may or may not need reconditioning though as I've not used or tested it.

Cheers

Pete.
