Never being to resist a challenge ive taken on a rather needy but soild 2600VDP auto which was destined for the crusher! Shocked

Shes in bits, and has quite a few of those bits missing so as Ive never owned a S2 properly before I need your help guys getting some bits as cheap as possible!

1. Pair of headlamps,
2. rear bumper (unbroken please!)
3. front fogs
4. On board computer or at least the buttons as mines lost some.

Will keep you updated as to my progress, she needs alot of loving but will be worth it in the end.

Damn... you totally live in a wrong country. Because we got all of those there in warehouse sitting and doing nothing. BTW... you might not want those wipac fog lights... their so dim that when you put them on at night time... you cant spot if their on if you got low beams on at the same time.

wipac fog lights?

I don't know about Wipac fog lights, my 2600 VDP had Lucas fog lights on it, & they were ok, even though the reflectors were almost rusted away to nothing! Common problem with the fog lights so I'm told...

In LHD models the foglights (standard) were made by wipac... and the reflector looks like sandblasted aluminum Very Happy

I think I saw somewhere foglights with stainless steel reflectors polished to very good finish... and pretty much same size as SD1 stock ones are. If I find them again I will post more info.

My fog lights are Wipac, both the old rusted stainless ones and the new black replacements I got from Rimmers in "Rover genuine Parts" boxes from the Rover Group era
