This is a long shot but did the car park have any security cameras, pointing in the direction of the car? |

I've had quite a bit of luck with 'dent pullers' bit like what the windscreen guys use to hold the glass.
If the paints not broke i can generally pull the dent out and with a bit of gentle massageing using the puller and soapy water you can sometimes get the crease out.
they come in a couple of sizes but at least get the big and small.
good luck _________________ bruce |

draper sell a suction type dent puller for about 4 quid but they are a bit hit and miss and make sure the pin is horizontal in the handle or it'll just fall to pieces like mine and a workmate's did. used it on my SD1 and it got most of the dent out so really it will depend on how deep the dent is. |

You could try this, heat the dented panel up with a hair ryer till its as hot as you can get it, then take an aerosol of freezing spray (obtaiable form maplins) and use it to cool the panel down as fast as possible, often this will take the whole dent out with no visible damage
