I hope to go again this year. Last year was great with the Bastos cars, the SD1 tour and cruising down there in convoy with a triton V8-S for most of the way. Cool

I'm betting on still having the car then too. I've not pushed selling it and having serious second thoughts about parting with it anyway. Smile

I plan to be there, hopefully won't get caught out like last year when my
Vitesse was still in 1000 pieces and I had to roll up in a Focus Embarassed

There is 'best restoration' prize this year - will be interesting to see what
gets entered for that.

With the number of targa red Vitesses likely to turn up, maybe we should
get reserved parking Wink Tim, your V8-S can have a pedestal Razz

Hope the weather is the same as it is at the moment!

EDIT- Shiny we can do. running, MOTd and taxed- that's something else entirely.

If we get a persian aqua, midas gold (me) and a triton green in a line then that would be cool, as I think thate the 3 colours that the S was available in when first launched.

I'm sure they came in black and platinum too Tim, or was that a bit later?

I remember seeing a platinum one in a local scrappy many years ago, I was too young to do anything about it then though! Sad

The firs cars were only availble in the 3 colours but about 1980 you could order it in most SD1 colours.
