More detailed poking about on my '76 has revealed only 2 doors need repalceing, as oppsed to all 4 as previously thought! Can S2 doors be used on an S1? are the door shells them selves any diffrent? Also how hard is it to change the glass in the doors, as I really don't want to either have the donor cars regsitration etched in or non matching tints!

Any way the doors I need are passenger side rear and drivers side front.

These and one drvers side rear arch woudl seem to make teh full list of parts the body needs, so if anyone has a rear arch looking for a home!

Stewart

I think the S2 doors are identical, and certainly bits are swappable. Some
have side-impact bars (the Rimmers India stock have these, as do
Oz-spec cars), not sure if these bars would foul manual-wind windows
(or if they are bolted or welded on).

You are probably better off stripping the doors and re-greasing the wind
mechanism as these can sieze. The glass is fairly easy to swap - but
awkward.
