This is all the info i know

My dad found it in a scrapyard in lenton nottingham just off A52 its a V8 SD1 its been sat in a garage for 19 years, scrapped due to loss of storage, the engine does run but they had to rig a gravity fed fuel supply cos the fuel pump isnt working , body looks good, no V5, But its only done 50k!! The guy says if it was washed and polished it would be showroom.

There looking for offers Around 275 pounds!!!

A genuine V8-S? Wow!!

Three points then....

1. Get them to shut those windows!! (In case it rains....)

2. Get all that hardware off that light coloured and rare interior....

3. I wish I lived closer Crying or Very sad

Jay

Those are great pictures. The car looks in incredibly sound condition, I
can't spot any rust apart from superficial, even the paintwork looks
nice - despite it being in a scrapyard! It's been resprayed (overspray
on the door pin switches), but that's probably no bad thing. Interior
looks complete and in good nick.

Shame the engine has gone - surely someone can save this car..?

Might mosey up to Nottingham this weekend- not too far. 100 quid! I might have to persuade my dad that we have space for another one.

EDIt- windows are probably open to stop damp. Tricky to find that steering column cover, but I am very interested.

Looks to me like it is at on the dash or part of it. The other half is probably not far behind.
Somebody get this car bought and saved! Crying or Very sad

Its a Nottingham car (hence the reg number) and hasnt moved for a while as the rear tyres are V old, but look at that bodywork! And persian aqua is a very rare colour too, the steering coloum shorud is the same as all MK1s guys.

I dont live THAT far from nottingham so am happy to help out!

Please dont forgot about this car if anyones interested bearing in mind theres less than 100 of these left!!!!! Bearing in mind my car is insured for £4500 AGREED value and this is £100! and this has done less miles

Ask where the engines gone!
