Practical Classics this month features it...The warehouse still had 4 or 5 SD1`s half built on stands...Awesome development...The doors etc looked straight out the presses.. they were shiny new after a clean up..! Very Happy

True, mind you I ordered a new rear light for mine and althought its new its faded and the reflectors are no better than the one it replaced, so be careful, these parts are still 20 years old plus! £25 wasted!

I'm just about to order a new bonnet. The catalogue does say to expect some handling marks and to be aware the stock is twenty years old, but this is reflected in the very reasonable price. They can't be as bad as the bonnet on my car at the mo, the bonnet itself is OK, but where it meets the hinges is rotten, I'm worried on more bonnet opening could cause it to fall off. I will let you all know how the "new" bonnet is....
