welcome! I would say that starting with a solid vitesse is a good idea, suspension, brakes and engine are already pretty good so its a good place to start! twin plenums are a little faster but the cars are a getting expensive, you could mod a single plenum to go as fast for less i think, if you wanted to heavily mod one you may as well start with a solid standard 3500 v8 se, as most stuff will end up in the bin anyway Very Happy it depends how fast you wanna go!!!!!

Not at the moment it isn't! Laughing
BTW welcome to the Forum! If the one you are looking at doesn't work out, keep an eye on E bay. There is a vitesse on there at the moment.

I believe this is for sale.

Not a great list of mods on that site but its fairly quick with a 4.2 efi.
LSD,Jag brake conversion etc etc.I did alot of work on this car and its not in bad shape,at least it wasnt when i last saw it.
Not sure what John is asking for it,maybe abit over the odds as its
been on TV but would be interesting to know.
If i had the cash and the price was right i would have it.
Lots of potential there,i would strip and rebuild with uprated suspension
and brakes etc.
Maybe even a wide arch kit with split rims?
