sd1 mk1 seats wated to fit my mk1 3500se
can any body help

If it's a 3500SE, doesn't it use series 2 seats (with the twist recline, instead of lever)? I think the 3500SE was a 'series 1.5'
model introduced in 80/81, and in common with the other models in the facelift, used bits that were used on series 2
cars (mirrors, seats). Door cards though would be series 1 items.

Might make sourcing seats easier as true series 1 interior bits are very hard to come by, series 2 items fairly plentiful.
eBay is worth keeping an eye on, as is the SD1 Club Forum.

are they the same do they not have leather inserts not sure what they are like
misssed out on one a few years ago in a scrap yard brown seats head rests front and back with rests mk1 3500vdp when i was in it mice were running all over my legs trying to get out
new to the sd1 scene

Door cards are strictly series 1 (door lock rocker on face of door card) or
series 2 (door lock plunger on top of door card). I think the series 1 cards
were all the same, apart from the V8-S (teddy bear material) and VDP
(leather armrest?). The door cards between the series would fit, but you'd
need to move the position of the door lock (not sure how easy that is).

eBay is a good source - there are some seats on there now, but they are
cloth. There were some on the SD1 Club forum recently too.
