I have for sale a lt77gearbox which i stripped to inspect.The casing is bead blasted etch primed and topcoated black and is mint!. Rear casing is chem cleaned. not yet reassembled as i was going to have a rebuilder cst his eye over it.It is only sepparated from the casing and can easily be put back to gether.The oil pump gear in my view as a matter of course should be replaced .this would cost about 18 quid max for the fibre gear and is easily available from most rebuilders(try LEGS LANDY ENGINE AND GEARBOX SERVICES)or Rimmer bros.The box does not include bellhosing or remote.the box was in good working order and came off a vitesse.This box would have originally been fitted to an early 2.3 or 2.6 but was fine on my v8 .probably collection only but could cost for postage.the syncros and bearings in my opinion good.This is only my opinion i am not a dedicated box builder.easily worth 75 quid as is as ive seen them on ebay go for silly money,regards john
