I wonder if anyone out there would know the correct resistance of the ignition coil on a post 1985 TP vitesse?

I have been testing mine and the primary resistance is 1 ohm and the secondary resistance is 4.59k ohms. I have a newer one that shows 1.6 ohms and 6.2k ohms respectively but is a two post screw top job as opposed to the 4 post Lucas coil. Can you adapt this?

pm ramon alban mate. what he doesn't know about the sd1 electrical system isn't worth knowing.
