Dont worry folks,the V8-S arrived at the Sweet Steel workshop at 5am this morning (was worth the 23hour drive! thanks Graeme) and will be stripped and rebuilt as per factory standard. In our 12 years of SD1 breaking and restoring, its our first V8-S! So everyone at Sweet Steel is excited about the new project

happy new year!! i brought a new rover today this one me and my dad built together over 2-3 years and i had to sell her for family inlargement and i was looking on ebay about 2 weeks ago and found her so i got her back well happy now!!!

Looks great! I also noticed its a very late model as it has places for side repeaters.

She's poorly but I hope you get her back to her former glory!

Obviously will be a bit heavy on the pocket. The V8-S is a beautiful car.

Weeks after my Dad got his first SD1 3500 we went back to the showroom and there was a gleaming S in the same colour as yours in the showroom. My Dad being a huge Manchester City fan was gutted he hadn't waited for this to come in.

I remember his jaw dropping to this day and I was only 4.
